Chef/Owner Tom Kee graduated from Towson State in Baltimore, Maryland, with a B.S. in Education. He also Holds several Culinary Degrees from Lewis Hotel School in Washington, D.C. and l’Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, Maryland. Notable Restaurants where Tom worked are Le Pavillon, in Washington, D.C., under Yannick Cam, Restaurant Nora, in Washington, D.C., le Chardon d’Or, in Alexandria Virginia, and I Ricchi Restaurant, in Washington, D.C., which won the DiRoNA Award for Excellence in Dining All rated very high not only in the Washington area but in the Country. He has showcased his cooking in clips on Oprah and on the Food Network, twice. The food at The Railstop Restaurant is of a high quality and consistency and the restaurant is considered one of the better Restaurants in Northern Virginia. All Breads, Pastas and Desserts are made on site along with other items to help create a top dining experience.
